The PCB was designed to also help you train specifically for the Plate Curl, a feat of strength that requires static pinching strength of the thumb, a rock solid wrist, and ultra strong fingers that will not buckle under the leverage of a 25-, 35-, or 45-pound plate.
In addition to carry over to the Plate Curl, The Pinch Block Curl will also build strength you need for the One Hand Pinch, Two Hands Pinch, Blob Lifting, and many other Grip Sport events and Feats of Grip Strength.
Until now, there was no good way to train for the Plate Curl.

NAGS Pinch Block Curl is a great implement for training and strengthening the fingers, hands, wrist, forearms and upper arm!
I like the raw steel patina as it holds chalk well. Holds olympic plates with enough loading room for even the strongest men on the planet!
If you purchase the NAGS Block don’t limit your thinking to just bicep curls. This implement can be used for pinch training, wrist curls with single or both hands from
2 different positions (back and sides), finger pressure for arm wrestling and more with some imagination (not included). I gave it a 5 star rating only because there wasn’t an option for more!

I can only say great things about this product. Solid as a rock construction as one would expect from an all American product provided by ” Napalm” Jedd Johnson! This will build rock solid wrist and finger strength and increase your abilities with plate curling. I found out you can even increase the torque by placing something such as a pvc sleeve or a pipe with a greater diameter than the plate bar that leaves enough room for the plates on the end and for the collar, slide it over the plate load shaft and you have instant increased difficulty. I think this will definitely get me to plate curling the elusive 45 pound plate in the near future. God Bless you all and look to the Lord for all your strength

The nags pinch block curl is a beautiful piece of equipment and an asset to any collection of grip training tools to increase your wrist and finger strength to the Maximum. It is beautifully crafted with a patina similar to that on an old Anvil and will hold chalk nicely for an even consistency for maximum lifts.This tool can be used for not just pinch block curling it also could be used for pinch lifting from the ground to train for plate pinching. Use your imagination and I’m sure you’ll come up with some other uses for this awesome priced training tool. In just a little over two weeks of using this I am pinch block curling 35 pounds and my sledgehammer levering is going through the roof .I would give this more stars if they were available.
